LETZ SUSHI
LETZ SUSHI was the largest sushi chain in Denmark, with 21 restaurants across the Copenhagen Metropolitan Area and Aarhus. Unfortunately, after over 20 years of providing sustainable sushi, Letz Sushi made the decision to close their restaurants.
Goal
Letz Sushi’s goal was to create a fully integrated loyalty and takeaway app, which would improve customer loyalty, increase purchase frequency, and provide more customer insights through first-party data.
Problem
Letz Sushi faced multiple challenges, including the inability to reward loyal customers, difficulties engaging with customers through social media, and a lack of essential customer insights, which hindered their understanding of buying behaviour.
Solution
Letz Sushi’s Loyalty Program and App were designed to reward loyal customers whether they ordered takeaway or dined in. With each purchase, customers earned points and unlocked exclusive offers and discounts as they reached new tiers. The integrated takeaway system ensured rewards were smoothly earned and redeemed across all channels, fostering a strong, personalised, and loyal customer community. The app also enabled direct communication through personalised push notifications. Additionally, MyLoyal provided an in-depth customer analytics hub, helping the Letz Sushi’s marketing team effectively segment customers, analyse behaviour, and closely monitor engagement.
